It’s official. Kamal Haasan has confirmed that Ajay Devgn would be starring alongside him in Indian 2, a sequel to the hit directed by Shankar.
“That’s what I have been told. It is the director’s call,” Kamal Haasan said in an interview to Deccan Chronicle when asked if Ajay will be seen in Indian 2.
If the collaboration takes off, the film would mark Ajay Devgn’s debut in the Tamil film industry.
If rumours are to be believed, Indian 2 would be a political thriller which would see Nayanthara pair up with Kamal. Shankar has also roped in biggies like Jeyamohan, Kabilan Vairamuthu and Lakshmi Saravanakumar to pen the dialogues.
