Marvel’s wildly anticipated Avengers: Endgame is going to release in India and the US on Friday. However, in many countries like China, Germany and Finland, the film has already hit the big screens two days ahead of its US release. Naturally (and unfortunately), the Marvel film has somehow been leaked on online websites.

While there are many of us trying our best to avoid spoilers, there are some others doing the exact opposite. A pirated copy of Avengers: Endgame has already been leaked on the file sharing website Tamilrockers, according to a report by Indian Express.

According to TorrentFreak, these leaks have reportedly emerged from China just a few hours after the film released on 24 April. Apparently, TorrentFreak had put safety measures and alarms in place to keep track of pirated uploads on BitTorrent.

As luck would have it, the camera-recorded copy emerging from China might be enough to give away the end, but it can never compete with the experience of watching the whole film.

According to reports, the quality of the camera-recorded version “flickers constantly throughout” and is “semi rotated”. The website also confirmed that the audio of the recorded copy is bad too.

Considering the fact that Avengers: Endgame is being released on different days across the world, it’s no surprise that this has happened. In China itself, Avengers: Endgame had one of the biggest openings as far as Hollywood titles are concerned. Even in other countries, including India, tickets for the weekend are mostly sold out. So financially, the filmmakers are good to go.
However, at the end of the day, Marvel Cinematic Universe is all about the experience. And possible good quality leaks in the future might hamper that.

Filmmakers of Avengers: Endgame have gone to excruciating lengths to make sure the ending is secure. From creating and shooting multiple versions of the end to not letting any of the actors even hold the original script, there’s nothing the Russo brothers haven’t done. Marvel itself has been tweeting, requesting its audience to not give it out spoilers. Urging people to spread the message of peace.

Robert Downey Jr too tweeted, asking fans to keep the spoilers to themselves.
