Watch: Miss Africa 2018 Catches Fire Moments After Winning Crown

What is a triumph nearly turned into tragedy for Dorcas Kasinde. Moments after she was crowned Miss Africa 2018 in Nigeria on 28 December, a stray spark from the celebratory pyrotechnics caused her wig to catch fire. Kasinde had a narrow escape and is unhurt.

Kasinde also shared a message with fans later saying she is fine.
