Salman Khan recently held a press conference to unveil the 13th season of Bigg Boss, which is slated to premiere on 29 September at 9 pm. Ameesha Patel will make her TV debut with this show.

Talking about the new season, Salman said, “Everyone considers 13 to be an unlucky number. However, all good things happen on the 13th for me. This will be a tedha season.” The actor also said that even at this age he is still learning from Bigg Boss. “With every season, I learn from the contestants and their reactions. Main abhi seekhne ki hi umar mein hoon (I am still learning),” Salman told The Quint.
Ameesha Patel also hinted at her “secret role” in Bigg Boss 13. She called it her TV debut and also said Salman is a great human being. “He is the brand ambassador of a good human being. He also eats anything and everything,” Ameesha said, adding that “Bigg Boss 13 mein Gadar machayenge.”
This year, Bigg Boss has been shifted from Lonavala to Mumbai. “While Lonavala and Khandala received a lot of tourism and employment because of Bigg Boss, it was a challenge to handle the huge team. At Filmcity, getting resources will become easier and there is cost-cutting too. It is also easy for the stars to travel when they come for promotion. But the road has heavy traffic in the evening so it will get difficult,” said Salman.
