Taimur Ali Khan may be all of two years old but there’s no denying that his popularity rivals that of papa Saif and mom Kareena. Saif, who is often photographed by the paparazzi while carrying Taimur piggy back, told Mumbai Mirror, “I live with the biggest internet star, Taimur Ali Khan, so the paparazzi is always parked outside and I get clicked often. If you ask my two-year-old son where the media is, he will point out of the window.”
Speaking about the effect that the constant attention might have on his son Saif said,
“I can only hope he’ll take it as it comes and develop a certain humility. Like Taimur, I too am lucky to be born a Pataudi, go to Winchester College, get work in the industry when there were others who were brighter and more talented. It was a privilege whose worth I didn’t understand then. Hopefully, my son will be more conscious and conscientious.”Saif Ali Khan on Taimur
Saif admitted to being quite the homebody saying he’s happiest when he’s at home with Taimur and Kareena. “Sharing cartoons like Tin Tin with Taimur or reading him Jack and the Beanstalk… I want to hold on to these moments and hope I’ll remain healthy to enjoy them in the future too. In the end, it’s not about name, fame or money but family and people you care about,” he said.
