Sara Ali Khan has finally gotten the chance to meet her crush Kartik Aaryan and it’s all thanks to her Simmba co-star Ranveer Singh who decided to be her wingman and introduced Kartik to Sara. The three happened to be attending an awards event on Wednesday 19 December, when Ranveer decided to take advantage of the coincidence and play cupid.
If you don’t remember, in Sara’s appearance on the sixth season of Koffee With Karan, Karan Johar asked her about whom she would like to marry and who she’s like to date. Sara replied that Ranbir Kapoor is who she’d like to be married but she wanted to date Kartik Aaryan. Since then the media has been abuzz about trying to get the two together, even grilling Kartik Aaryan about it.
In a video captured at the Lokmat Most Stylish Awards, Ranveer is seen going up to Kartik, whispering something and bringing him over to meet Sara. While Kartik plays it cool, Sara is clearly blushing and Ranveer can’t help have fun at their expense. Check it out.
