Rajkummar Rao may be late to the party but he is all praises for Kangana Ranaut’s performance in Marnikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi. He recently tweeted, “Just watched #Manikarnika. An amazing film that chronicles the life of the queen of Jhansi. Kangana, as always, was phenomenal as Rani Laxmibai. Now can’t wait for you guys to watch #MentalHaiKya”
Kangana’s sister and manager Rangoli Chandel thanked him for his words of appreciation and tweeted in response, “Hope every Indian realises her sacrifice and values her blood.”
Kangana and Rajkummar will reunite after 2014’s Queen in Mental Hai Kya, which will be directed by Prakash Kovelamudi and produced by Ekta Kapoor. Kangana has also been signed on to play Jayalalithaa in an upcoming biopic on the late Tamil actor and politician.
