Bollywood actor and celebrity Neetu Kapoor just took a dig at the popular FaceApp filter which has been doing the rounds on social media. And she used photos of her husband Rishi Kapoor to do that.

The app makes people’s faces look older, in a way predicting their old age looks. However, Neetu Kapoor disagrees. She wrote, “This pic proves Faceapp is so exaggerated.” And to prove that, she posted two photos of Rishi Kapoor - one from present day and the other from Rishi’s childhood. Voila! Rishi’s face is proof enough to discredit the app’s legitimacy.

Another said, “Seriously!! He is looking very young, I look like a fossil through that app.”

“So true. He still looks as young as he is looking in the childhood picture u posted.”

Check out their pictures here:

Ayushmann called himself the “desi Bond.”

Varun Dhawan wrote, “ 70 years of reebokXvarundhawan P.s I didn’t stop training. Alot of people feel this is the way @anilskapoor will look when he’s 100”

Arjun Kapoor said, “Old age hit me like..”

FaceApp was developed by a team based out of Saint Petersburg, Russia. According to NewsWeek, FaceApp first went viral in 2017. The free version offers a limited choice of filters, including one that ages a user. It also gives the user the option to change one’s face, hair colour and swap genders. However, the app has raised some privacy concerns with some pointing out that its privacy policy says that it collects the pictures that the user uploads to its service.
