Katrina Kaif on Tuesday 5 March took to Instagram to share the news that her upcoming film Bharat has wrapped shooting and shared a lovely picture with co-star Salman Khan to mark the occasion.
“And that’s a Picture wrap on Bharat🌟🌟🌟🌝its been the most incredible & exciting character for me, the whole process of making this film has been so inspiring .....thank u @aliabbaszafar and @beingsalmankhan @atulreellife ..the bestest boys 💕and Alvira khan ( the bestest girl)” she wrote. Bharat is said to be an extremely ambitious project for Salman with the story taking place over 50 years. The film has been shooting since last August in locations like Malta, Chandigarh and Mumbai. The period drama made news last year when Katrina replaced Priyanka Chopra in the film after the latter left to focus on her wedding to Nick Jonas.
Bharat is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and will release on Eid.
