Kalki Koechlin has revealed that she’s five months pregnant in an interview with a news daily. Not only is this is the first time for the Sacred Games 2 actor, the news comes only weeks after she made her relationship with Israeli pianist Guy Hershberg public. Kalki also shared that she is going to opt for a water birth to delivery the child.
Kalki spoke to HT Brunch about venturing into motherhood and things have changed for her through the experience.
“I already feel the changes in the way I react to things. I am more deliberate, slower, more patient. When motherhood comes eventually, it brings with it a new consciousness to your sense of person. I still want to work but it is less about the rat race and more about nurturing oneself through one’s work. It becomes about infusing concentration and energy inward.”Kalki Koechlin
In the beginning of September, Kalki made her relationship with Guy, who is a classically-trained musician, public via a series of Instagram posts. “It's always a Sunday when I'm with my favourite caveman,” she captioned a photo where they are seen cuddling on the beach. “You just put such a big silly smile on my face my cutie,” Guy commented on the post.
