It is a well-known that when Akshay Kumar is on a film set it’s always fun because he loves goofing around. He is hilarious and loves playing pranks on his co-actors and crew members. Good Newwz set was no different.
Akshay took to Twitter to share the making of the comedy, also starring Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. In his tweet he wrote, “Good Newwz mein good vibes hi toh hongi!”
From the beginning of the video to the end, Akshay Kumar is seen leaving everyone on set in splits.
In the video, Akshay is recorded pulling off a prank on Kareena Kapoor and coming up with one liners much to the entertainment of the cast and crew. There’s also Akshay playing cricket with Diljit. Over all, it looks like the cast and crew of Good Newwz had lots of fun while shooting the film.
Good Newwz is a light-hearted comedy that follows the lives of two married couples - played by Akshay Kumar-Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh-Kiara Advani.
Coincidentally, both couples go by the same surname - Batra. Both are also struggling to conceive. Trouble begins when both the couples, following their IVF treatments, show up at a hospital and are informed about the logistical error that has led to Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh’s sperm being misplaced in the procedure. This confusion leads to even more confusion as the couples find that their paths are crossing, whether they like it or not.
Good Newwz is slated to release in theatres on 27 December. It reunites Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar on screen 10 years after Kambakkht Ishq.
