Ananya Panday had a reason to celebrate as she turned 21 on Wednesday and celebrated her day with members of the media. The Student of The Year 2 actor greeted members of the media at her residence in Bandra, Mumbai and cut a cake with them. She kept it casual in a blue denim dress and also posed with press members.
Ananya said that this was her first working birthday, so it was special. “I was shooting for Nach Baliye, and Raveena ma’am and Govinda sir got a cake for me. It was a big moment for me since Govinda ji has worked with my dad (Chunkey Pandey) in so many iconic films. This was my first working birthday, so it was special,” Ananya said.
She also spoke about how her parents are of the opinion that if you work on your birthday, you will be working for the rest of your life. “I always wanted to be an actor and my dream has come true. I will be working on my birthday this year, and I hope that I can be a part of many memorable films,” the actor added.
As for her upcoming film Pati, Patni Aur Woh, “We are dubbing now and we have also shot a song. The trailer is going to be released soon and I am very excited,” she said.
