In the first ever interview with a Bollywood actor, PM Narendra Modi talks about his life, his habit of cracking jokes, his love for mangoes and one of the most interesting aspects, his comments on Twinkle Khanna’s anger against him.
When Akshay Kumar brought up the fact that PM Modi is very active on social media, the PM answered, “I follow both you and Twinkleji on Twitter, and I believe that because of Twinkleji’s anger directed at me, your married life must be quite peaceful.”
PM Narendra Modi also said that he had met Twinkle Khanna’s grandfather. “Once, drought hit Gujarat. At that time, we were involved in social work and we would run a buttermilk camp. It was so popular that we started Chhachkendra! That was the time I met Twinkle’s grandfather”, he said.
Responding to the PM's statement during the interview, Twinkle wrote in a Twitter post: “I have a rather positive way of looking at this-Not only is the Prime Minister aware that I exist but he actually reads my work.”
