1. ‘Chef’ Relied On Saif’s Relationship With Taimur: Raja K Menon

Saif Ali Khan desperately needs a hit and one can say going by the looks of his upcoming Raja Krishna Menon film Chef,an adaptation of Jon Favreau’s Hollywood flick by the same name, that it just might do the trick. Chef looks like a clean, direct  address to the heart. The trailer makes no effort to hide the the fact that it is father-son reunion drama recounted against a culinary background and set mostly in the lush greenery of Kerala. Director Raja Krishna Menon, whose last film Airlift told a real-life humane story set in violence-torn Kuwait of the 90s, reveals how Saif dug into his own psyche as a father to  play one in Chef.

We had lengthy conversations on how Saif became a father at a very young age. He was too young to understand, appreciate or enjoy fatherhood with Sara and Ibrahim. But with Taimur’s birth, Saif got another chance at understanding fatherhood.

2. Why Can’t You Digest the ‘Julie 2’ Trailer?: Pahlaj Nihalani

Pahlaj Nihalani has reportedly turned distributor for the ‘A’ rated film Julie 2. At a press conference held in Mumbai, the former CBFC chairman defended his film. Sanskaari Nihalani, who preached that the word ‘intercourse’ couldn’t be used in a film, and who would often cut the duration of on-screen kisses, is going to be distributing an erotic film worldwide.

On being questioned about the hypocrisy, Nihalani says that the word “intercourse” was removed from Jab Harry Met Sejal because it was a U/A film, while he himself is promoting Raai Laxmi’s Julie 2 as a film with an ‘Adult’ certification.

3. Sona Mohapatra Calls Kangana Ranaut’s Current Act a ‘Circus’

After Sussanne Khan, Bollywood singer Sona Mohapatra takes a dig at Kangana Ranaut for starting her controversy with Hrithik Roshan once again.

Sona, who has always been extremely vocal about her opinions on social media, has a word of advice for the Queen of Bollywood. In Sona’s opinion, Kangana is trying to pull off a cheap PR gimmick, one that she thinks is in real bad taste.

5. Bobby Darling Files FIR Against Husband for Domestic Violence

Former Bigg Boss contestant, Bobby Darling has reportedly filed an FIR against her husband, Ramnik Sharma. According to a report in The Times of India, Bobby has accused her husband of domestic abuse, harassment and unnatural sex. Bobby has also accused her husband’s family of demanding dowry from her. Bobby, in an interview with Bombay Times, revealed her traumatic experience of living with her Bhopal-based businessman. According to the report, her husband made her give co-ownership of her flat in Mumbai and bought a car as well. Bobby also alleged that he was having her watched whenever she stepped out of their home.
