2. Salman Completes 31 Years in B’Wood, Posts Adorable Baby Pic
Bharat star Salman Khan on Tuesday 27 August completed 31 years in Bollywood and expressed his gratefulness towards the Indian film industry and his millions of fans.
Salman, who made his acting debut with a small role in the 1988 film Biwi Ho Toh Aisi, on Tuesday night treated his fans with an unseen childhood photograph of himself on Twitter.

3. Katy Perry Confirmed as Headliner for New Music Festival in Mumbai
Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus have announced the OnePlus Music Festival, the inaugural edition of which will be held in Mumbai on 16 November. The organisers have confirmed pop star Katy Perry will be headlining the festival, which will be held at DY Patil Stadium.
The ‘Teenage Dream’ singer said in a statement confirming the news, “I am so happy to be returning to India and excited to headline my first-ever performance in Mumbai. I am looking forward to seeing and singing with all of my Indian KatyCats at the OnePlus Music Festival.”

Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that his assets will be divided equally between his son Abhishek Bachchan, 43, and daughter Shweta Bachchan, 45. His net worth is estimated to Rs 2800 crore.

Akshay Kumar’s latest release Mission Mangal has been declared tax-free in Maharashtra. Super 30, Hrithik Roshan’s biopic on maths whiz Anand Kumar, was the last Bollywood film to be deemed tax-free in several states including Maharashtra, Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat.
Directed by Jagan Shakti and produced by R Balki, Mission Mangal is inspired by the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) Mars Orbiter Mission, aka Mangalyaan, which was launched in 2013.
