1. Gunning for IIT: Hrithik Roshan Gears up for His First Biopic

Hrithik Roshan is all set to start working on his first biopic. The Kaabil star has reportedly given his nod to Queen director Vikas Bahl’s next. Tentatively titled Super 30, the film tells the tale of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar, who founded the ‘Super 30’ programme that grooms IIT aspirants.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, the actor will start prepping for the film after his week-long US vacation with sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan. To read more, go to The Quint.

3. Saif to Turn Chef on October 6, Avoids Clash With Jagga Jasoos

Bollywood’s remake of Jon Favreau’s Chef starring Saif Ali Khan has a brand new release date, reportedly to avoid a box office clash with Anurag Basu’s much awaited Jagga Jasoos. The foodie film’s initial release date was July 14, but looks like director Raja Krishna Menon is in no mood to take the Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer head on. 4. Remo D’souza to Give Salman Khan a Dance Makeover in His Next

Salman Khan has never been known for his dancing skills and he’s never made any bones about it. In fact, recently at a public event with Alia Bhatt, when she commented that he couldn’t dance but managed to look cute doing it, Salman retorted, “I can’t dance and I don’t even look cute.” Ace choreographer and filmmaker Remo D’souza is about to change that. 5. Anupam Kher to Play ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ Manmohan Singh

According to a report in Economic Times, actor Anupam Kher will be playing former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in a film based on Sanjaya Baru’s book, The Accidental Prime Minister.

While Hansal Mehta has written the screenplay, the film, produced by Sunil Bohra and directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte, is expected to release in 2018. To read more, go to The Quint.
