1. Ajay and Saif Defy Gravity in Battle in ‘Tanhaji’ Trailer
The makers of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior have released the trailer for the film. Directed by Om Raut and produced by Ajay Devgn, it sees Ajay and Kajol reunite on screen nine years after Toonpur Ka Super Hero.
Set in the 17th century, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is based on the life of Tanhaji Malusare (Ajay), a military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. According to legend, he was enlisted by Shivaji to recapture the Kondana fort from the Mughals and managed to do so with the help of his pet monitor lizards. However, he lost his life in the battle – the Battle of Sinhagad – and Shivaji renamed the fort to Sinhagad (Lion Fort) in memory of his commander. Saif Ali Khan plays his rival, Udaybhan Rathod, a Rajput officer appointed by Mughul army chief Jai Singh, working under Aurangzeb.

Sushmita Sen’s partner Rohman Shawl shared a gushing Instagram post in honour of her 44th birthday. He posted a picture of Sushmita taking a photograph of the sunset and wrote, “Just as the rising sun brings light to the world, you my love, bring light to my life!! Truth be told, I wanted to write paragraphs about you on this special day, but hey, when I think about you I am just as awestruck and speechless as I was, when I saw you sitting there while taking this picture!!”

3. Mrunal Thakur to Star Opposite Shahid Kapoor in ‘Jersey’
Mrunal Thakur, who was seen in films such as Super 30 and Batla House, will be seen opposite Shahid Kapoor in Jersey. She has been brought on board as the female lead.
Jersey is a Hindi remake of the Telugu hit by the same name. The Hindi version will be directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, who also helmed the original movie.
About working with Shahid, Mrunal told IANS, “I’m super excited to play the lead opposite Shahid in Jersey. When I saw the original film I was bowled over by its passionate journey.”

4. Not Rumours: Kriti Kharbanda Confirms Dating Pulkit Samrat
Of late, there have been a number of speculations about Kriti Kharbanda dating Pulkit Samrat. Now, the Pagalpanti actor has finally addressed the topic. In an interview with ETimes, she said, “They are not rumours. We are indeed dating each other. I wanted my parents to know first that I am seeing someone. I feel that you can talk about your relationship only when you are absolutely comfortable. Sometimes it can take months, sometimes years. For us it took five months. I am very happy right now.”

5. Kubbra Sait to Represent ‘Sacred Games’ at the Emmys in New York
Sacred Games actor Kubbra Sait will soon be heading to New York to represent the Netflix original at the International Emmys. Sacred Games has been nominated at the 2019 International Emmy Awards in the category of Best Drama. The award function will take place on 25 November. Kubbra played the role of a transgender character Cuckoo in the first season of the show. She received huge praise for her performance.
