1. Director of ‘Sanju’ Rajkumar Hirani Accused of Sexual Harassment

Director Rajkumar Hirani has been accused of sexual harassment by a colleague at Rajkumar Hirani Films, who states she was assaulted over a period of six months, between March and September 2018, reports HuffPost India.

As per the report, the survivor wrote an email to Hirani’s business associate, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, and marked his wife and film critic, Anupama Chopra as well as scriptwriter, Abhijat Joshi alleging that the assault took place during the post-production of Sanju.

2. ‘Simmba’ Earns Rs 350 Crore In 16 Days at the Global Box Office

Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba, backed by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Dharma Productions, has become the biggest Bollywood box office earner for all three production houses by collecting Rs 350 crore globally in 16 days since its release.

After two weeks at the box office, the Ranveer Singh-Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmbaearned a total of Rs 212.40 crore, trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared in a series of tweets on Friday 11 January.
