2. Salman Introduces Sudeep Kiccha as ‘Dabangg 3’ Villain on Dussehra
On 8 October, Salman Khan introduced the villain of his upcoming franchise film Dabangg 3. Salman took to social media to share that Sudeep Kiccha will be essaying the role of ‘Bali’ opposite Salman Khan’s avatar Chulbul Pandey.
The actor shared a poster featuring Sudeep Kiccha and wrote, “Villain jitna bada ho, usse bhidne mein utna hi mazaa aata hai. Introducing Sudeep Kiccha as Balli in Dabangg 3. (Fighting the villain is interesting only if he is big and powerful)”

As celebrity and interior designer Gauri Khan turns 49 on 8 October, her close friend Karan Johar took to social media to pen a heartwarming message for her. Calling her a “silent support system” of his life and a “force”, he penned some sweet words.
On Tuesday, Karan Johar wrote, “Happy birthday to the strongest silent support system in my life...the most real person I know...beautiful within and beautiful always ....and one must never be fooled with her blank stare because she is ridiculously on point with her observations!”

4. Pics: Ranver-Deepika Have a Blast at the ‘83’ Wrap up Party
Ranveer Singh recently wrapped up the filming of ‘83 in London, and to celebrate Deepika Padukone threw a wrap up party for the cast and crew of the film. Dressed in white, the couple had a blast at the party as the two played a game of pretend cricket with other actors and took over the dance floor. The two also danced to the beats of Hardy Sandhu’s song Kya Baat Ay, with the team.

5. Traders’ Body Demands Ban on ‘Bigg Boss’ for Its ‘Vulgarity’
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has sent a letter to the Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar demanding a ban on the 13th season of the reality TV show Bigg Boss. The demand has been made on grounds of vulgarity. The letter states that the show displays “high level of vulgarity” which it makes it difficult to watch it in “a homely atmosphere”.
