Starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Bharat is a remake of award-winning Korean film Ode to My Father. It has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and also stars Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Disha Patani.

The film sees Salman don several different avatars from a stuntman to a miner to a naval officer. The trailer opens with Jawaharlal’s now famous Tryst with Destiny speech that he delivered on the eve of India’s Independence, towards midnight. We see an aged Salman Khan reminiscing about the miraculous journey of his life, spanning several years.

Bharat releases on 5 June.
