Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala is all set to release his latest production Rangoon, helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj and starring Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut, which releases this Friday.
Sajid, who is a co-producer on the war film along with Viacom 18 and Bhardwaj himself, will now be teaming up with Dangal’s director Nitesh Tiwari for a film next year.
According to reports, the script that’s been zeroed in on is something that Nitesh has been working on for the last 15 years. Sajid apparently loved the script so much that he signed on the man behind Bollywood’s biggest box-office hit immediately.
While details of the film’s genre and setting are not out yet, the film is slated to go on floors in 2018.
