Oops! Saroj Khan Is Not Happy With ‘Tamma Tamma Again’

The ace choreographer is miffed about not being asked to promote the Varun Dhawan-Alia Bhatt number.

Saroj Khan, who had choreographed Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit in the original Tamma Tamma number in Thanedaar, is miffed. The ace choreographer hasn’t been shown the new song, Tamma Tamma Again, starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, or been asked to promote it in any way. On the other hand, a video of Madhuri Dixit teaching the steps of the dance number to the young stars has gone viral.

In an interview to DNA, Saroj gave a piece of her mind.

Maybe they felt since my assistant Madhuri Dixit was there, they didn’t need me around. You have to ask them why I wasn’t invited. I don’t mind not being invited….The new version of any of my dance numbers have to be of some standard for them to invite me to watch it.

Ouch.

When asked what she thought of the new song, Saroj however, refused to give a straight answer. “I haven’t seen the whole song. I’ve just seen the trailer. And I can’t comment,” she said.
