2. TV Actress Shruti Ulfat Rubbishes Rumours of Being Arrested for Posing with Cobra
Television actress Shruti Ulfat has been in news recently for all the wrong reasons. Since her video of playing with a cobra went viral Shruti has found herself in middle of a legal mess. According to the actors, on the completion of 100 episodes of serial Nagarjuna, a cobra was brought on the set by cobra catcher and they posed with it for pictures. There were reports that the actress along with 3 others from the production team were arrested. While the forest ranger has given a quote confirming the arrest.
We have arrested actress Shruti Ulfat along with 3 others for posing with a cobra and posting the images and videos online in October 2016. They were produced before the Borivli court and have been kept in custody of the Thane range. A CD with the images and videos was sent to the forensic lab and it has been proved that a live snake was used for shooting purposes.Santosh Kank, Range Forest officer
On the other hand the actress has rubbished it. Speaking to IndiaForum Shruti said that they were never arrested.
We are not arrested; it so happened that we posted a picture with Cobra during our Nagarjuna shoot and I was not aware that time that its illegal to post an image like that. 4. Jiah Case: HC Dismisses Rabia’s Plea Against CBI Chargesheet
The Bombay High Court today dismissed a petition filed by Rabia Khan, mother of late actor Jiah Khan, challenging the CBI's chargesheet terming Jiah's death as suicide and not homicide, paving the way for trial to commence against Sooraj Pancholi in the case.
A division bench of Justices R V More and Shalini Pahansalkar-Joshi today dismissed the petition. The bench also said that the intervening application filed by Pancholi does not survive and hence, it too stands dismissed. To read more click here

Prince and George Michael will be honoured at the Grammy Awards on Sunday with separate tributes, but organisers did not which musicians will perform them.
