1. Don’t Make Assumptions About Udta Punjab: Alia Bhatt
If you thought that the wacky trailer of Udta Punjab has given you an idea of what the film will be like then you probably are wrong. At least that’s what the leading lady of the film, Alia Bhatt is saying. At a promotional event, she told the media:
Anybody who makes assumptions on what we see on the trailer, it is better for us to keep quiet and not say anything because whatever people are assuming, especially the person in question over here, is assuming from the trailer, which could also possibly not be true. We always make assumptions before we really see the full final project. Trailer is just a hint, film is the real content.Alia Bhatt

2. Emraan Hashmi’s Next is Raaz Reboot
After Azhar, Emraan Hashmi is back to his home ground. Yes, he will be seen in another Bhatt camp film titled Raaz Reboot, another of the Raaz series. The film will star Emraan along with Gaurav Arora and Kriti Kharbanda. The teaser of this Vikram Bhatt film is out, you can watch it right here:
3. Post Baaghi Success, Tiger Shroff in Demand
Even before the end of its second week Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor’s Baaghi has collected Rs 70.22 cr. The makers of the film are celebrating and have already announced a sequel to the film. Baaghi 2 will be shot extensively in Shanghai. What’s more, Bollywood producers planning to make action films are lining up to sign Tiger Shroff but we hear he has already committed to Sajid Nadiadwala for Baaghi 2. Tiger’s next is a superhero film titled A Flying Jatt with Jacqueline Fernandez.
4. Parineeti Chopra’s Item Number in Varun Dhawan’s Dishoom?
Parineeti Chopra will be seen in good friend Varun Dhawan’s next film Dishoom. We hear that the actress will appear in a masala song which will be shot in Mumbai for the next couple of days. This will be Parineeti’s first item number and the makers plan to cash in on that. Dishoom, which releases on July 29, 2016 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, John Abraham, Akshaye Khanna and Saqib Saleem.
5. Irrfan to Sign American Writer-Actor Mindy Kaling’s Film?
Soon after the release of the new promo of Irrfan Khan’s Hollywood film, Ron Howard’s Inferno, we hear that he has been approached to be a part of American actress and writer Mindy Kaling’s comedy – drama. A source told Mid-Day that he has agreed to be a part of it in principle. Apparently, when Mindy was asked recently to name an actor she cannot wait to work with, she immediately replied - Irrfan Khan!
