2. Karan Johar Spends 1.5 Cr on Rishi Kapoor’s Make Up
We all know KJo is a flamboyant producer who leaves no stone unturned in the production that goes into his films. Now we hear that he has spent around 1.5 Cr for Rishi Kapoor’s make up in Kapoor & Sons, which will be directed by Shakun Batra. He will be flying down Hollywood’s popular makeup artist Greg Cannom for Kapoor’s role of a 90 year-old-man in the film. We wonder how much he’s likely to spend on Alia’s make up!
3. Sooraj Pancholi Opens Up on Jiah Khan
According to reports Sooraj Pancholi who has been promoting his debut film Hero is being asked about ex-girlfriend Jiah Khan’s demise. Sooraj was charged with abetting Jiah’s suicide. The actor said Jiah will remain in his heart and if he he has done anything wrong then no one can save him, but if he has not then no one can destroy him.
4. Teaser of Taylor Swift’s Wildest Dreams
Taylor Swift posted a teaser on Instagram for her Wildest Dreams video, showing the star spending some quality time in the rain with Scott Eastwood. The video (like most Taylor videos) goes hard on the wild vs. innocent themes, with fleeting shots of white doves and stampeding zebras in between some steamy Scott/Taylor teases.
5. Universal Breaks International Box Office Record
It’s a great time for the Universal banner. The studio has grossed $3.78 Billion to set a new industry record with its highest-grossing year ever at the international box office. Internationally, the studio has four of the top five highest-grossing films of the year: Fast & Furious 7 , Jurassic World , Minions and Fifty Shades of Grey.
