The headquarters of Odisha BJP Wednesday witnessed hectic political activity, as a large number of ruling BJD leaders, including three sitting MLAs, joined the saffron party ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha and assembly elections.(Source: PTI)Sanjeev Kumar, Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer, on Thursday 21 March told ANI that the EC mapped 4,03,907 Persons with Disabilities till 28 February. He said that everything requiring to their (persons with disabilities) assistance is being arranged. 35,739 wheelchairs, over 52,000 magnifying glasses, over 2213 sign language interpreters and over 31,000 assistants have been arranged for people with disabilities. Apart from that, sturdy ramps are being arranged in all 58,180 booths.
