Those familiar with BBC’s Top Gear need no introduction to Jeremy Clarkson, the man who made auto journalists the ‘cool’ thing to be.
After quitting the BBC show, he’s joined forces with Amazon for The Grand Tour and safe to say, the flavour of the show still remains with Clarkson and co and their cheeky takes on the auto industry.
With the show’s latest episode, Clarkson and his team decided to give electric cars a shot, but sadly, they’ve got nothing good to say about it.
It all started when co-presenter on the show James May decided to charge up an electric car and see how long he can drive it.
He charged it for 8 hours.
And once that was done, May set out on his journey around the roads of London. He even crossed a gas station on his way.
That is until, the inevitable happened.
And there was no option but to push the car to the side.

To which, Richard Hammond, the third guy on the show said:
For me to travel 130 miles to get home, it’ll take 3 days
Finally, bringing an end to this debate, Clarkson said:
