Dear India,

I don't know if it is alright for me to send you a letter, as I am from Pakistan. I just wanted to tell you, India, that you are a beautiful country. I would like to visit you someday if possible. I’ve heard so much about you from my relatives who have had the chance to visit your shores.

I would like to visit Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Srinagar, Ladakh and so many other places. They are all on my bucket list. I want to try out all your different cuisines – that’s on my wishlist too.

Dear India, as a Pakistani, I want to ask you something. Both our countries must work together for peace. After all, we were one once. It is not possible for us to become one country again, but I know we can both work together to better ties between our nations.

After all, our people are similar in many ways, and we seem to like each other, so why promote hate?

Yours Sincerely,
Hassaan Khan
