Street art has always been looked upon as a subversive creative form. Underground street artists usually work in the cover of the night and create graffiti which often have strong anti-establishment messages. But with time, they have gained more exposure and acceptance, and many work in India today with prior legal permissions in place.

We decided to look at some of the best street artists in Mumbai, who are slowly transforming the face of the concrete jungle to create a multi-dimensional, vibrant cityscape.
