Watch: Fresh Cheating Scandal Surfaces in a University of Bihar

In what could raise question marks on the administration of Jai Prakash University in Bihar’s Chhapra, a number of students allegedly got a free hand to cheat in an examination. 

Students of Bachelors’ programmes were seen copying from pre-written notes in the examination hall.

Reports of cheating are on a rise in state of Bihar. In May, the topper of class 12 in Bihar board, Ruby Rai was arrested in connection with cheating.
