The indefinite bandh in Darjeeling has entered its ninth day and with summers being the peak season in the hills, the tourism business has taken the biggest hit.

With internet on complete shutdown for almost a week, The Quint has opened a phone line for Darjeeling’s residents to share their side of the ongoing agitation. And as the latest calls reveal, not everyone believes in the fight led by Bimal Gurung.
