Video: Differently-Abled Ira Singhal Tops UPSC Civil Services Exam

Delhi girl Ira Singhal topped the UPSC exam in general category, despite being differently-abled.

Continuing the trend, women have again outshone men, with the top four ranks in the UPSC exams taken by girls. Ira Singhal, Assistant Commissioner, Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Central Excise) based out of Delhi, has secured the 1st rank in the UPSC 2014 exam.
