Army Celebrates Eid With Civilians at LoC

The 39 RR unit of the Army celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr with civilians at the Line Of Control (LoC) at Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir. Prayers were offered for better relations between the army and civilians at the border.

Sarpanch of Poonch, Mansoor Aman said that this is not the first time the army has celebrated with civilians. He has been the Sarpanch for four years and every year celebrations take place irrespective of religion and namaz is offered, he said.
