In an exclusive interview to The Quint, outgoing Chief Minister of Assam, Tarun Gogoi spoke about the defeat of Congress in the state after a gap of 15 years.

He said that wins and losses are a part and parcel of politics, and also wished the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) which has secured a huge victory in Assam, all the best for the future.
