Ministry of External Affairs has finally taken a look into the matter of the attack on a Tanzanian girl. In a press conference, Vikas Swarup, the official spokesperson of MEA said that this attack should be seen as an isolated incident. He further added that it was a situation of road rage after an accident that got out of hand.
