Santa Claus swapped his sleigh for a surfboard at Sydney’s Bondi Beach on Tuesday as hundreds of Australians broke a world record for the largest ever surf lesson.

Guinness World Record confirmed that the spectacle exceeded the target of 250 surfers – with 320 people dressed as Father Christmas, while taking on the waves.
