The year 2017 began on a very disappointing note. One the first day itself, the country woke up to the news of Bengaluru mass molestation case. Instead of condemning the incident, our politicians went on with the same old victim-blaming. "Can’t keep ants away from sugar,” said Abu Azmi from the Samajwadi Party.

This isn’t the first time when a politician has blamed women for rape. From women’s short skirts to mobile phones, to their habits of smoking and drinking, politicians have come up with absurd reasons to justify why rapes occur. In this episode of Cab Mein Charcha, we ask our cabbies whether they agree with them or not.
