SIT Releases Sketches of Gauri Lankesh’s Murder Suspects 

The sketches have been based on CCTV footage that has been recovered from near Lankesh’s house.

Two suspects have been identified in connection with the murder of activist-journalist Gauri Lankesh, Special Investigative Team chief BK Singh said during a press conference on Saturday, 14 October.

Based on evidence from the CCTV footage near Lankesh’s house, sketches of the suspects have been prepared and released, he added.

The SIT has ruled out “professional reasons” behind the murder, BK Singh said.
