“The Samajwadi Party feud is a family drama,” says President of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, Asaduddin Owaisi.

In a one-on-one interview with The Quint, Owaisi answers questions on the SP feud, UP elections, Muslim voters and impact of demonetisation on the people.

“In the last 5 years, the SP hasn't lived up to the promises. It's a family drama. If the family isn't united, then we can infer the kind of governance they can give. They are just creating chaos,” he adds.

Calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi's demonetisation a 'sadistic move', Owaisi said that the government has destroyed the economy and they take sadistic pleasure in calling it a temporary phase.
