Yogendra Yadav, President of Swaraj India attacked the RBI Governor, Urjit Patel for degrading the RBI’s credibility.

Talking to The Quint, Yadav says, “I am not against demonetisation, but the degrading credibility of the RBI will affect the nation.”

“RBI should not suddenly implement and change policies’’ he added, while slamming it for its constantly changing notifications.

Demanding the resignation of Urjit Patel, Yadav says “First you say, ‘don't worry, exchange your money till 30 December', then you ask people to explain the delay. The RBI has become a joke.”
