A Navy team today pulled out a body from a 370 feet deep flooded coal mine in Meghalaya's East Jaintia Hills district, where 14 miners had been trapped since 13 December.
The highly decomposed body was pulled to the water surface by an underwater remotely operated vehicle and then taken out.

Gurugram was hit by twin tragedies on Thursday morning. First a building collapsed in Ullawas village where so far one dead body has been found and at least eight labourers are feared trapped. Later in the morning, a fire broke out in Nathupur region gutting more than 100 shanties. Reports suggest that a 7-month old infant has died in the fire.
