Long queues at ATMs and banks have become a common sight after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the demonetisation of Rs 500 & 1000 notes.
The Quint spoke to people of Varanasi, the people currently in Modi’s constituency, to find out the state of common people after demonetisation.
Although Sunday is a holiday, the government had ordered all banks across the country to function over the weekend
