PM Modi also addressed the Indian diaspora in Philippines. He said before 2014, Indians asked about how much money was lost in scams like the Coalgate and the 2G Scam, now they ask how much black money has come back in the coffers.

The Prime Minister also visited the International Rice Research Institute in Los Banos, Philippines and inaugurated the Resilient Rice Field Laboratory. The field was named 'Shri Narendra Modi Resilient Rice Field Laboratory' in the honour of the Indian Prime Minister.
