Rajeev Kumar, a Chandigarh-based cyclist, built India’s tallest cycle and now has his eyes on the Guinness Book of World Records. His cycle is almost twice as tall as the average human being!

He has modified his cycle to a height of eight feet, six inches, which can further be extended to 10 feet, two inches if needed.

Rajeev, popularly known as Johnny, always wanted to excel in something unique, ever since he was a child.

He says he built a 13-foot cycle in 1999 but had to dismantle is because the authorities banned it from being used on city roads.

Rajeev, who has already entered India’s Limca Book of Records, believes that the cycle is the most environment-friendly mode of transport and the next generation should get over their ‘shame’ of it. He aims to complete the 1,650-km stretch between Chandigarh and Mumbai to make it to the Guinness Book of World Records.
