Lalu Hints at New Realignment Strategy for 2019 General Elections

If Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati unite, then 2019’s “match will be over”, Lalu Prasad said.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav hinted at a realignment strategy for the prime ministerial elections in 2019, on Wednesday.

Speaking at a party function, he said:

There is a strong possibility of Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati coming together. If it happens then 2019’s match is over.

Further attacking the government, Lalu said:

Be it Mayawati, Robert Vadra, Kejriwal, Mamata didi or Lalu Yadav and his family, everybody is making their own attempts to break up the government.
