Karun Nair and His Parents React to the Amazing 300 vs England

Karun Nair and his parents spoke to the media after the batsman scored a triple century on day four of the 5th Test.

Karun Nair, who scored a triple century on day four of the fifth Test between India and England on Monday, said that the 300-mark didn't cross his mind for the major part of his innings.

He started thinking about it only after Nair reached the 280-mark. The Karnataka batsman became the second Indian to score a triple century in Tests after Virender Sehwag.

The cricketer's parents said that they were very proud about Karun's achievement.

After Nair notched 303*, India declared their first innings at 759/7 and England were 12/0 at the close of play.
