Gujarat is no stranger, when it comes to showering singers with loose cash worth lakhs of rupees. In yet another incident, Gujarati folk singer Kirtidan Gadhvi and his troupe were showered with money during a musical event in Vapi town of Valsad district.
The singer who is no alien to controversy, said this is a part of Gujarati culture and tradition. He further added that the money collected was put to good use.
In 2015, Gadhvi came to limelight after being showered with Rs 4 crore in cash at a music concert in Gujarat’s Jamnagar.
