Ever since Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar hastily formed the government in Maharashtra, only to step down soon after, the state has been in a state of frenzy.

The 80-hour political thriller that engulfed the nation was a battle of wits between the BJP, Ajit Pawar and the Union Government on one hand and the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress on the other.

Amidst all the political twist and turns, national newspapers have been in their element while headlining stories attempting to decode the political quagmire in the state.

Witty, Full of Puns and Sarcasm
