Caught on CCTV: Naked Man Enters Women’s Hostel, Steals Underwear

In Bengaluru’s Maharani Arts, Commerce and Management College for Women, authorities filed a complaint on Tuesday against an unidentified man who stole women’s innerwear from the hostel premises, which the students had hung for drying, as Times of India reported.

The CCTV footage shows a naked man entering the hostel and wearing the students’ lingerie, was handed over to police. A security guard can be seen chasing him but he managed to escape.

The college principal R Shantakumari said that the person had been sighted often but not at regular intervals.

Our girls have seen him jumping from the compound wall and enter the hostel. A few months ago, all the girls had screamed on seeing him and he ran away. There was no news of him until recently.

A student said the man had stolen at least a dozen underwears and the Gandhinagar police are confident of nabbing him soon.
