Thirteen districts in Uttarakhand have been severely affected after a cloudburst triggered landslides and flooding early Friday morning.

At least thirty people have been killed in the cloudburst that brought over 100 mm rain in two hours in a region of 50 sq km. VSinghali, Patthakot, Ogla and Thal villages are the worst affected.
